Does Lexsee work in any broswer?
The Lexsee free extension only works in Google Chrome. You'll need an internet connection, headphones or speakers to hear text read to you in a realistsic human voice, and optionally a microphone so Lexsee can provide precise feedback on your pronunciaton.
What's the difference the free Lexsee Lite free Chrome extension and Lexsee Premium (coming soon)?
Lexsee Lite works with any web page content in Google Chrome. It provides all the reading helper basics, plus notes, AI hints, groups, high quality text-to-speech and pronunication feedback. It's free and private to use. We don't collect, store, or share any personal information about you. Lexsee Premium app provides everything in Lexsee Lite plus much more including a personal library, an enhanced reading environment, and personalised challenges, learning tools, and progress feedback.
What information do you store about me?
Lexsee stores lists of words and sounds, but they aren't tied to your personal identity, and they aren't shared. We use these lists to tailor your experience. When you read aloud to, Lexsee processes your audio to provide quality feedba k but does not store any related information or personal information.
What can I read using Lexsee?
Lexsee Lite works with any Web page in the Chrome Browser. Lexsee Premium adds a personal cloud library where you can add digital books, PDFs, articles, assignments or any other reading material. Use the library with the app's enhanced reading environment for fully personalised experience.
How much will Lexsee cost?
Lexsee Lite is free! The full app (coming soon) will be available for a subscription price. To learn more about the full Lexsee app, sign up for updates. We don't share email addresses with anyone.
